Our Fitness and Dance Classes

 World Fitness DanceAcademy was established in 2014 and provides fitness & dance lessons for children ages 2 to 17 years across the Metro Area of VA and Globally online. We offer several programs designed to inspire young dancers to follow their dreams and achieve better health through movement. We pride our studio on being an inclusive environment for children of all abilities. World Fitness Dance Academy is an enjoyable place to learn, allowing dancers to grow in grace and shine like the stars.

Our supportive and positive approach to health and wellness helps our Millinieums and Senior population live healthy lives, and our children flourish and become future stars.

Class Schedule 

                Cardio Kickboxing​

                Monday 6-7 pm

This class gives you a full-body workout that engages every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The rapid movements in cardio kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes. Cardio kickboxing can burn between 350 and 450 calories per hour. Waist Trainer Jumpsuits are sold here!


   Zumba Fitness & Line Dancing

                      Tuesday​  6-7 pm

Zumba, a type of dance fitness that’s been around since the 1990s, is the backbone of the dance fitness craze—it incorporates a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music to promote a healthy heart, a healthy dose of aerobic activity, and a fun, exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress. Zumba Skirts Available! 


        Body Sculpting HIIT Training

                Wednesday  6-7 pm

This class is fun and pumps up the heart rate with High-intensity Training for 40-60 secs. and break .20-.30 secs., while incorporating 3- 25 lbs dumbells and barbells for sculpting, shaping, and toning the arms, glutes, and abs. This class is great in or outdoors. Bring a towel and water. Weight Training Gloves and belts are sold here!

                 Dance Yoga​ Stretch​ 


You don't have to be a dancer to participate in this class. Dance Yoga is a combination of Baic Yoga and Contemporary Dance Movements. This sequence is created by Mrs. Cynthia to give your body a full stretch and increase your flexibility and balance. Relax and have fun! Try it out, and let me know how it was for you!    Senior Fitness & Yoga Pilates Class

         Tuesday & Thursday 9-10 am

This class is Spirit-filled and helps you restore your stability and prevent balance issues using a chair, yoga/Pilates, and strength training exercises that mimic everyday movement. This will improve your overall body balance, increase leg and arm strength and regain mobility.

Our Sports Performance Therapy focuses on what's important for rebuilding and structuring the body like flexibility, core strength, and back pain. Core training is part of all of our plan sessions. A strong core helps to keep you upright. You need a solid core for stability, balance, and good posture. Massage foam roller therapy included.
